Course:  Introduction to R for Data Science

Organisation, development and co-leading with Prof Gita Yadav the course “Introduction to R for Data Science” which led to 55 women supported in the upskilling of data science skills. This course was run as a collaboration between the Bioinformatics Training Facility and WeVIDYA, an Indian Government Digital Empowerment Program for Women which seeks to equip women with digital skills especially those that come from rural India communities, National Institute of Plant Genome Research (NIPGR), RICH, TIGRESS and the Indian Government, Department of Science and Technology.
